Description:
On August 8, as Singapore celebrates its 25th National Day, the world-renowned Daka Lama visits the country, and the Japanese Red Army plots to assassinate him. Hong Kong Interpol officer Lui Tai (Alan Tam) is ordered to protect Daka and wipe out the Red Army cell led by Kitajima Saburo. On the flight to Singapore, gangster Big B (Andy Lau) and his girlfriend Ling (May Lo) happen to meet Daka, who calculates that he and Ling share the same fate — both face the same challenge. The moment the plane lands, Red Army gunmen ambush Daka, wounding him and Ling, and both turn out to have the rare P-type blood. Show more Only three P-type blood donors remain in all of Singapore, and if blood cannot be found within eight hours, both will die. Kitajima's surviving men, hidden in Singapore, swiftly begin hunting down the P-type donors, and Lui Tai's team is always one step behind. Big B, fearing for his girlfriend's life, forces Lui Tai to work with him, and by then only one P-type donor is left — the fat man Fei Bo (Eric Tsang).
