Master thief A-Kong (played by Hui Bat-Liu) and a country bumpkin (Blacky Ko) scrape by through petty swindles, until they happen to learn that the stolen loot from the big heist is hidden in a certain park. Hearing this, everyone is blinded by greed... Gao Hong-Yun, too, is seized by avarice and wants the loot all to herself, and the others, unwilling to give it up, give chase. In the end, a car plunges into the sea, banknotes scatter across the sky, and vanish with the waves. Show more Told in comic style, the film warns that the dream of gold ends in a farce, and that ill-gotten wealth must never be coveted — one should live honestly.
