Description:
In the bustling city of Guangping, humans and demons coexist. Demons are skilled at hiding their true form, disguising themselves as humans, yet no one is the wiser. The wealthy heiress Banxia (Lareina Song) has a pair of strange eyes — she often sees shadows that do not exist. Because of this, no matter how well-behaved and obedient she is, people still call her "madwoman" behind her back. Banxia exposes the secret that her cousin-in-law is a demon, which brings a hunt down upon her, and thus she meets the demon hunter Xuanye (Allen Ren). Show more A gentle kiss from Xuanye upon Banxia's eyes allows her to see the world where humans and demons coexist with perfect clarity. Together they investigate a series of eerie incidents in Guangping — the jade pear that restores youth, the nine-lived cat that trades fates, the day-long cycle of the painting "Spring Dawn in Guangping" — and their bond grows ever closer.
