Description:
During the first "War of the Three Realms," the Demon Emperor, scheming to rule over heaven, the human world, and the demons alike, sought to seize the Spirit Marrow of the Earth, the very lifeblood of the human realm. Midway through the war, the human world's cultivators had all but fallen, and the three brothers Zhong Yun-Fei made a desperate last stand. Just as the Spirit Marrow was about to be lost, the supreme deity of the heavens, the Exalted Emperor Xuan-Qiong, cast aside his immortal body and, expending all his spiritual power, sealed the Demon Emperor away. At that moment, the Spirit Marrow plunged into the human world and fused with the souls of the three Zhong brothers, reviving their immortal bodies. But because the Spirit Marrow was a union of yin and yang energies, the youngest brother, Han-Yan, was transformed into a woman, giving rise to no end of comical mishaps. After the war ended, the remnants of the demon clan did not withdraw from the human world. Zhong Yun-Fei volunteered to take on the mission and descended to the mortal realm to vanquish demons. Zhong Yun-Fei and his brothers fought as one, hoping to sweep away all injustice in the world with their swords, yet they encountered one obstacle after another and came to realize that right and wrong, truth and falsehood, were far more complicated than they had imagined. Through repeated setbacks and trials, the three brothers' characters gradually matured and their powers steadily grew. In the face of the demon realm's ferocious counterattack, they did not hesitate to sacrifice themselves for justice, becoming the eternal guardians of the human world.
