Shuang Shu Lei 双殊泪

Description:

Wan Rong returns from England to see her twin sister Hui Lin, from whom she has been separated for ten years, only to receive the devastating news that her sister jumped to her death — and was two months pregnant. Wan Rong refuses to believe Hui Lin would take her own life, and together with detective Chen Hao she digs deep into the investigation. Strangely, every time Chen Hao or Wan Rong gets a lead, the person who provided it dies at once — Hui Lin's boyfriend Ning Wei is found hanged in the school's boys' dormitory, and Hui Lin's best friend dies in the very hotel where Hui Lin met her end. Wan Rong senses that someone is quietly keeping the truth from her. In her moments of despair and grief, her boyfriend, the journalist He Tang, encourages and comforts her. Their feelings heat up fast, and talk turns to marriage. But Wan Rong notices more and more suspicious things about He Tang, and she recalls Chen Hao saying that the person blocking her from the truth is very likely right beside her. Wan Rong takes a photo of herself with Jing Wen to the church school and questions Hui Lin's former classmates — and someone recognizes He Tang as a man named Fu Jing Wen.
Meanwhile, Chen Hao uncovers an even more startling secret — before her death, Hui Lin met Wan Rong's adoptive father, Du Lang! But Du Lang concealed this meeting.
