Bernice Liu spent over a year developing her canned coffee

At a wine festival in Hong Kong on November 5, Bernice Liu Bik-Yi presented a coffee cocktail. The actress said she had invested a seven-figure sum in her own canned coffee brand. Developing the recipe took over a year, and she invited friends to taste different versions.

Reporters had another taster in mind: her former partner Moses Chan Ho, who is in the coffee business himself. Liu said she would gladly give him some to try and jokingly asked where she should send it – to the TVB studios?
