Description:
In the second semester of their junior year of high school, Su Qiao, who sits at the top of the food chain in Fugua Village, gets a new deskmate: Lin Zi-Lu. He is trouble from the start — this boy is a walking jinx. He causes Su Qiao to fall into a mud pit and get punished at school, and what is even more outrageous, he is going to stay at Su Qiao’s home and take over her bedroom. All Su Qiao can think about is, “Classmate, when are you moving out of my house?” Lin Zi-Lu, formerly a child actor, not only fails to move out but quickly becomes close friends with their classmates Guan Jin-Jin, Fang Liang, and Wang Nian-Yu. Show more The cool, handsome boy is gradually assimilated into the group’s resident clown. Together they do farm work, run a small shop, go beachcombing, study, and enjoy the healing they bring each other while exploring the old house. Fang Liang’s years of relentless confessions finally get a response from Guan Jin-Jin, and before leaving, Lin Zi-Lu and Su Qiao confess their feelings to each other. As for Wang Nian-Yu, his heart belongs only to raising pigs. Senior year arrives, and everyone has a clearer goal. They promise to meet again at university.
