Description:
Painter Ning Yuan, having lost inspiration, decides to give up his brush, but an invitation to his friend Du Chuan's funeral upends his life. He returns to his hometown and steps through the door of memory. In their youth, Ning Yuan, Du Chuan, and Yan Ling were the closest friends, often painting together, and they shared the most carefree days, while feelings quietly took root in that joyful atmosphere. One accident made Ning Yuan discover that Du Chuan and Yan Ling had betrayed him at the same time, and the art selection that followed completely destroyed the friendship between Ning Yuan and Du Chuan. The three friends went their separate ways. Yet a keepsake left by Du Chuan—a diary—astonished Ning Yuan. It turned out that behind the "betrayal" of those days lay a great love.
Ning Yuan picks up his brush again and continues to uphold the original dream he shared with his friend.
