Yu-Ping is pursued by bandits, and to thank She Lang-Jun for saving her, she marries him. The two take in a little white snake, Su-Yun, and adopt her as a sworn sister. Su-Yun envies the couple's love and wants to marry Jun-De, who once saved her life, but She Lang-Jun strongly opposes it. Jun-De has guarded Nuwa's temple for years. Nuwa learns that Jun-De's elder brother, Jun-Chang, has been bewitched by the dragon-turtle spirit and plans to return home to seize Nuwa's temple, using its incense offerings for the dragon-turtle spirit's cultivation, and also to kill She Lang-Jun and take his thousand-year cultivation golden pearl. Show more So Nuwa transforms into an old woman, hoping to help Jun-De find a way to avert this calamity, but Jun-De's powers are far inferior to Jun-Chang's. How will Nuwa help Jun-De save Su-Yun, destroy the dragon-turtle spirit, and protect Nuwa's temple? And how can she make She Lang-Jun change his mind and marry Su-Yun to Jun-De?
