Wo Wu Zui 我无罪

Description:

Hak-Jai (Deng Le-Cheng) and Cao-Meng-Jai (Kan Wai-On) are good friends. They went through police academy training together, but in the end only Hak-Jai completed the course and formally joined the police force, while Cao-Meng-Jai went to work as a reporter for a newspaper. Not long after Hak-Jai began his official duties, he encountered a robbery at an herbal medicine shop. When the robbers rushed out of the store, one of them was holding a paper bag that seemed to contain a gun. In a moment of desperation, Hak-Jai fired a shot, but it accidentally hit a passerby on the roadside. Hak-Jai was left in a precarious position, and his friend Cao-Meng-Jai could only worry helplessly. The regulations regarding police use of firearms weighed heavily on their minds, and they hoped that right and wrong would eventually find an answer.
