Description:
In one operation, Zhang Qi-Shi's team, acting on a tip-off, arrested a woman (Lau Nga-Ying) and a blind man (Yuen Siu-Fai), both implicated in a drug trafficking case. The suspected narcotics seized in the raid turned out to be chrysanthemum crystals. Though they failed to bring charges, the discovery prompted the woman to confront her accomplices, allowing the police to tail them and close in step by step on the suspected mastermind. Thus began an operation of "casting a long line to hook a big fish," which gradually exposed the true face of the harm drugs inflict on people.
