Ah Quan (Luo Zhi-Wen) is a middle school student. At home, his mother (Li Xuan) treats him like a little child and takes care of his every need. Every day Ah Quan rides the same school van as the kindergarten children, and they always laugh at him; at school, his classmates mockingly call him "Sissy Quan" and pick on him all day long. One day, after being bullied again, Ah Quan takes a water bomb up to the rooftop, intending to throw it at his tormentors, but instead stumbles upon a robbery on the roof. Will Ah Quan, who has always been seen as weak, simply walk away?
