Description:
A lightning operation against the Northeast mafia that had infiltrated the economy!
This hard-hitting crime film, based on a true story, draws on the real case of the Harbin police force taking down the criminal gang led by Qiao Si.
In the early days of economic reform, Harbin attracted investment and opened up new economic frontiers — the market flourished and people's living standards rose steadily. But alongside the growing economy, sinister forces also took root. A gang with underworld ties, led by Xiao Long-Fei, known by the nickname "Blades, Guns and Cannons," sought profit through unlawful means and stopped at no evil, leaving the public anxious and economic development hamstrung. Resourceful and courageous police officers, undaunted by violence and enduring countless dangers, ultimately brought these outlaws to justice.
