Description:
Night falls, and a bizarre case is slowly beginning to unfold. Xiao Yun-Qing, general manager of the Tanglong Trading Company in Jinyang City, slips out of his mistress Wei Cai-Hua's home as quietly as always. Just as he steps into the elevator, a man dressed exactly like him takes out a key that opens Wei Cai-Hua's door... A blood-curdling scream tears through the silence of the bustling residential complex.
Suicide or murder? Team leader Lu Lian and Liang Zhi-Qun disagree. After weighing the matter, the director decides to put Lu Lian in charge, forming a special task force that includes Wang Wei-Guo, who is about to retire, trainee officer Xu Yu, and Qin Miao, who is often plagued by headaches. Show more As team leader, Lu Lian is the backbone of the criminal investigation unit. Meticulous in his work and sharply perceptive, he has a natural gift for solving cases. His fatal flaw is a stubborn, extreme temperament and poor communication skills, which is precisely why he failed the first round of public evaluation and became a laughingstock.
Following the leads from Liang Zhi-Qun's analysis, the investigation proceeds smoothly, but Lu Lian has other ideas. Soon the killer surfaces, and the members of the task force are beside themselves with excitement.
