Guang Zhong Nv Ren 关中女人

Description:

During the Republic of China era, Jin Lang-Zhong, a renowned physician of Guangzhong, was falsely accused of causing the death of the wife of He Lei-Ming, commander of the bandit-suppression forces, by prescribing the wrong medicine, and was forced to have his whole family crawl on their knees behind her coffin at the funeral. To wash away the shame, Jin Lang-Zhong took his eldest son Jin Zhi-Guo and the bandit Tian Chuan to dig up the He family ancestral tomb, where they unexpectedly found a precious secret formula. Malice immediately rose in Jin Lang-Zhong's heart: he buried Tian Chuan alive in the tomb, yet adopted his son. Jin Zhi-Guo was infertile, and for the prosperity of the clan Jin Lang-Zhong forced his second son, Jin Bao-Guo, to sleep with his elder brother's wife He Hua, who bore a son. To avenge their slain father, the bandits snatched the newborn twins of the He family — a boy and a girl; one child fell into the bandits' lair, the other ended up in the Jin household. From then on, He Hua secretly harbored feelings for her younger brother-in-law.
