Description:
A new wave of supernatural ghost dramas is about to set the nation's satellite channels ablaze. 9 million in 3D computer effects shape a Liao Zhai tale like no other. Shuttling between the worlds of yin and yang, through soul-snatching and blood-draining, chasing blue-robed vengeful spirits, witnessing every demon, ghost, and fox spirit. In the final years of the Tang dynasty, war raged without end, and countless souls died unjustly. Hidden deep in the mountain forests, the tree spirit known as the Black Mountain Demoness (Wang Mei) seizes the chaos to her advantage, summoning countless female ghosts to do her bidding, draining the blood of strong young men to boost her power. Among them, the ghost women Qiu Rong and Nie Xiao-Qian (Liu Min-Tao) are the most outstanding.
