Xing Fu Mi Ma 幸福密码

Description:

Han Xi-Feng (Zhu Yuan-Yuan), who came to the provincial capital from a small water town to seek her fortune, and Shi Xiang-Nan (Xin Bai-Qing) are a bickering married couple. Determined to make her husband Xiang-Nan a success so that she might bask in his glory, Xi-Feng goes to great lengths to devise a whole series of plans to remake him. Xiang-Nan, however, insists on a man's independence and dignity, refuses to strive for the life goals his wife has mapped out for him, and is set on walking a path where he decides his own fate. Thus unfolds between them a light-hearted, hilarious battle of the sexes — control versus counter-control, conquest versus counter-conquest. After weathering countless hardships, blows and setbacks, the couple finally comes to understand one truth: marriage depends on two people who love each other tolerating, respecting and working on it together — only then does happiness arrive.
