Description:
"The Final Shot" unfolds against the backdrop of the Nationalist government's policy of "pacifying the interior before resisting foreign aggression," as the Central Bureau orders the arrest of a deeply hidden and highly skilled Communist undercover agent code-named "Lone Wolf" in Hongcheng. The two sides match wits and courage, closing in step by step, until Chen Hui, the second son of the Chen family, played by Liu Jun, who bears the code name "Lone Wolf," accidentally exposes his identity while trying to protect his younger brother and is killed. Show more His third brother Chen Ze (played by Bao Jian-Feng) inherits the revolutionary faith his second brother left unfulfilled, and from then on embarks on a path of struggle against his eldest brother Chen En, a high-ranking member of the Central Bureau loyal to the Nationalist government, and against the traitor who sold out his brother. The entire series is threaded through with suspense: one deeply hidden disguise after another, one carefully laid conspiracy after another, will all be shattered by the hero's final shot.
