Description:
Wu Xie, nicknamed "No Shoes," from a remote mountain village, lives with his grandmother. His basketball dream began with the old, worn-out ball his grandmother brought home from collecting junk. Zi Feng accidentally captured "No Shoes" dunking in slippers on a livestream, and it went viral online. Seeing a money-making opportunity, she sets out to turn "No Shoes" into a street basketball superstar. Under the special training of semi-pro player Hua Bao, "No Shoes" improves by leaps and bounds, and beating streetball masters one-on-one makes him even more famous! Show more Yet just as he reaches his peak, "No Shoes" suffers a bizarre injury in a showdown with streetball king Xiao Feng, his only relative—his grandmother—passes away, and he is diagnosed with PTSD, post-traumatic stress disorder! In the end, with the help of Zi Feng, Hua Bao, and his childhood friend Tang Hao, "No Shoes" overcomes his psychological barriers, regains his confidence, and trains like crazy. Later, together with Hua Bao and Tang Hao, he forms the "Wu Hua Tang" trio, which sweeps through all the major streetball powerhouses and wins the championship of the "Magic Shark Cup" streetball tournament!
