To raise his brother's three unfortunate children, Huang Yuan-Shuai becomes a bus driver. The sudden burden of these three extra mouths drives his girlfriend to leave him.
In an accident, Huang Yuan-Shuai's home burns to the ground. With nowhere to go, the family of five meets the kind-hearted teacher Gao Shan (Vieven Liu). Show more Gao Shan takes in Huang Yuan-Shuai's family, and just like that, six people begin living under one roof. At first, the aloof Gao Shan and the fiery Huang Yuan-Shuai clash constantly, but as time passes, both discover hidden virtues in each other and find themselves deeply drawn together.
