A sealed-off courtyard lost in a vast wilderness, and four people — two men and two women — driven by the will to survive. This is no ordinary kidnapping. It explores infidelity and betrayal in love, laying bare both the baseness and the nobility of human nature… Flight attendant Han Ting is abducted on her way home from work. Three friends on a spring outing are taken along with her: Lu Ming-Feng, Wen Xiang, and Tang Ping-Shan. Lu Ming-Feng and Wen Xiang are a couple who run a small company, and Tang Ping-Shan is one of its major shareholders. Show more The four are held in a courtyard deep in the wilderness, and the man behind the kidnapping is a sinister figure named Tong Lin-Sen. He has a vicious enforcer called Xin Hu. Han Ting soon realizes that Tong Lin-Sen did not abduct the four of them for money — some hidden secret seems to lie behind it all.
