Father and son were strangers to begin with, and true to his nature, Luo Jian-Jun kept living from hand to mouth. By chance, Jian-Jun reunites with an old classmate, Jiang Xin (Rene Liu). Divorced, Jiang Xin lives with her son Gao Mai (Zheng Ye-Cheng), and this strong career woman has also managed to build a successful life. Show more Though their paths differ, they arrive at the same place: two people who have weathered life's and love's hardships gradually come together. Yet trials do not fade away—Gao Mai fiercely resists this father who appeared out of nowhere and tries every trick to break up Jian-Jun and his mother's marriage; Jiang Xin's ex-husband is equally scheming and constantly stirs up trouble.
